WOLGA Play Day 10/30

Trick or Treat!  Included snacks, beverage,putting with brooms, playing with bouncy balls and other strange things.  We swear there are Ghosts on the course.  Goodie buckets were moved, signs were there at one time and then they were gone, shot bottles showed up in buckets they didn't start out in.............on different holes.........

The Smashing Pumpkins and Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs went to the Chapel Hills LGA annual Halloween Tournament.  Rain spoiled the day and canceled the tournament, but they still had fun!  We've got a special prize for the first person that can correctly identify all four of the Smashing Pumpkins (but only if you didn't know before this posting!).  Contact Mary Louise to submit your guess and claim your prize!

We had several members play in the Canongate Senior Club Championship.  A huge congratulations to Karen Cearley for winning Gross Champion and to Cricket Crenshaw for winning Net Champion!  Jodie Shepard finish 2nd Gross.  It was a great battle on the course amongst everyone.  We are so proud of all of you.  Cheers!!!

 

We had several ladies play in the Georgia Senior Women's Golf Association Fall Team Tournament in Albany, GA.  Cricket and Becky, Liz and Daphne, Karen DeVilbis and her sister and Sandy Macke all placed in their flights.  Great job Ladies!  Keep making those memories. 💞
