Thirty ladies played a Cat Fight on Seminole today.  We had good weather and a wonderful day of friendship and fellowship.

Twenty eight ladies played Low Gross/Low Net on Old Course today.  The weather was extremely hot and humid.  Everyone who finished should be considered a winner!

West Georgia Golf League at White Oak

The ladies participating in the West Georgia Golf League at White Oak almost finished their round before an afternoon pop up thunder storm came.  Above is Cat Fight winner, Susan Clonts, who was one of many soaked ladies participating.  Here's how our Wolga ladies fared...

Wolga Championship-Susan Clonts will be defending her title.  This is a gross scored and flighted tournament.

Georgia Senior Women's Golf Association Team Championship in Augusta, GA

(Must be a GSWGA member. Check their website very soon for application.)

This is our last Wolga playday for the 2016 season.  We have 11 more playdays.  Call your Wolga buddies who haven't played lately and encourage them to come out and join us.  We've been missing all of our members who haven't been able to participate.  

Beat the Pros

We had 28 ladies attempting to Beat the Pros today on the Old Course.  No one beat Andrew as he shot 69 and only five members beat Sean with a 74.  We had a couple of ladies who netted below Sean, but they didn't place a wager.

White Oak Ladies Club Championship

These 5 Wolga ladies participated in the Club Championship. 

Beth Shepard had a lucky first day shooting 76.

Lisa Jones had second day low gross 88 and won overall Low Net for the two day tournament.  

Beth didn't have her best on second day but managed to retain the parking space for another year!
