West Georgia Golf Association Handicap Tournament

Congratulations to Susan Clonts on her super playing at Callaway Gardens Mountain Course.  She shot even par for the day with a 67 net including 4 birdies to win the handicap tournament.  

Several other White Oak ladies fared very well also.

Yokohama Tire LPGA Classic

Several of our members traveled to Prattville, Alabama, to see the LPGA tournament, the Yokohama Tire LPGA Classic.  It was played at one of the Robert Trent Jones Courses, Capitol Hill. Pictured above is Christina Kim, who played very well ending -7 for the tournament.  

Ryder Cup White Oak Style

First of all, in my addition defense, I made enough "Neck Snuggies" for first place in three flights which is six neck snuggies...Then Sean changed it to make two flights.... There lie the problem with the number of snuggies.   I will make some more snuggies for the others as promised.

I haven't laughed that hard in a long while and you know what they say about 'Laughter', it's the best medicine...

We had 32 ladies participate and the weather was very nice.

First of all, God Bless America!!!!! The TV was on and we were able to bow our heads in a moment of silence in memory of all those innocent Americans who lost their lives 13 years ago.
