White Oak Ladies Golf Association Handicap Tournament

Congratulations to Lanelle Heminger as she is our newest Handicap Tournament winner!  She tied with Jennifer Pierson with net 66 and had to have a playoff on the 9th hole on Old Course.  Her one putt par did the trick.  Congrats to Jennifer for placing second.  Here are the rest of the results:

June 9- Odd/Even Holes

About 36 ladies played Seminole today in an Odd/Even format.  We welcomed a new member, Lisa Yoon.  Let's all give her a good ole southern welcome!

Congrats to Sandra Lancaster as she Eagled #14 today!

We had 30 ladies travel to Canongate to play Roquemore with the format being "Throw Out the Worst 3 Holes".  It was a warm day but we all survived!

On a very sad note, Nellie Thomas, a former member passed away. Visitation will be Saturday, May 14th at the Fayetteville Baptist Church and the service will be at 12:00 noon.  Please keep Nellie's family in our prayers.

Several of our Canongate/White Oak ladies participated in the Georgia Senior Women's Golf Association Individual Tournament in Albany.  Several ladies came home winners in the golf and in the 50/50 (win your entry fee back).
