The Newnan Country Club hosted their member/guest tournament.  Susan and Nannette tied for first gross.  Jeanie and Beth and Jill and her friend, Missy also participated.  The theme of the cocktail party the night before had a Hollywood theme where Jeanie and Beth performed the Bradley Wright golf parody to ‘Islands in the Stream’ as Dolly and Kenny.  They won the costume contest.  The first picture is priceless!

An update from Louise Cox 💗

I have been asked by many of you. How are you doing? My answer has always been fine and we are coping. I thought I'd let everybody know what was going on. I was admitted to the hospital and spent eight days there while there I was diagnosed with  mrsa from all the falls i had. both legs and arms were affected. Was on antibiotics for 14 days. Finish them then proceeded to fall on the 15th day. I'm back on antibiotics for another 14  days! I still don't have Balance so no golf for me. No golf for Bob because he's been having trouble with his legs. it was a very hard decision, but we have decided to give up our membership at White Oak after 32 years. It was so hard. But we are doing fine . We've had lots of offers for help and everybody's been so gracious. Don't forget me.

       Love you all, Louise

Andrew & Ashleigh's arrived Saturday September 12th, happy and healthy.  Meet Billy! 💙

So good to see Norma Martin today!

Don't let it be said that the CG/WO LGA aren't up for an athletic challenge.  Karen and Jodie are seen here accepting the challenge of jumping off the front of the cart.

Jodie in a rare example of superior athletci superiority manages to change direction in midair...defying the laws of gravity!

Beth, Jodie, Karen and Sally played in the 2026 Atlanta National Golf Club Women's Invitational.  It's a one day, two lady best ball format.  They got a chance to say hey to August.

Love seeing our ladies represent us in outside tournaments.  Y'all look beautiful in your dressy clothes!

Here are a few pictures from the baby celebration we had for Andrew and his wife, Ashleigh.  We collected a little over $300, and Cricket was able to clear out the rest of their baby registry.  Thanks so much to all who contributed!

Thank you so much for sending these pictures! We really appreciate everything y’all have done for us. We’ll be sure to send pictures when he’s here!
