We had 21 ladies participate in the Pick a Pro with $53.00 as the prize winnings.

We all know by now Michelle Wie won the coveted U.S. Open this year, but our winner was Judy Furlong as she picked Stacy Lewis.  Their combined score was Judy-Net 64 and Stacy Lewis Sunday score-66 for a combined 130.  

Congratulations Judy!

June 19th and Handicap Tournament Photos

Today was our first guest day and thanks to Tita Bautista we had two guests, Helen Sherman and Vicki Maday.  Vicki had such a nice time playing she decided to join our group.  We look forward to getting to know her and play with her.  

There were 36 ladies in attendance and MAN was it a hot one!!! 

The putters were on fire too as we had 12 ladies get 18 birdies!!! (The birdie flasks were getting lots of use.  That may be a record!)

We gave out 3 Birdie Towels.  Bev Morris received hers from a birdie she got in the Handicap Tournament.  Shirley Hasty and Bunny Guy also won their towel today.

Guest Day and Pick a Pro

Just a reminder that June 19th is our first Guest Day on Seminole.  We will also be picking up a LPGA pro to combine with our net scores to win the U.S. Open.  Cost is $1.00 and you can pick up to three pros.  Their Sunday score will be combined with our net score on Thursday to come up with the winner.  (Shirley Payne won the money when we did it for the Masters Week)  

Remember check in is 9:00 and shot gun at 9:30 sharp.  It's gonna be a warm one so bring your cold compresses, Gatorade, and plenty of water.
