Today's Results for 7/8/10

Today was HOT-HOT-HOT, but, we managed to get thru 18 holes without losing anybody. Although It was guest day, we did not have any guests---maybe when the weather gets better.   Our game for today was "low net".  Following are the winners:   1st Place        (64)    Marilyn Miller 2nd Place       (66)    Trisha Nease 3rd Place        (67)    Barbara Nadreau           (Bonnie Harrington & Shirley Hasty were tied for 3rd place, but lost on card playoff)   I would like to remind everybody again, on the sign-in sheet, please only write down the number of birdies or chip-ins that you have.  Do not put any other marks in those columns, and make sure that it is legible. This may sound picky, but it really does help to make our job a little easier.   See you next week at White Oak.   Lanelle

Today's Results July 1, 2010

Today's temperature was much better, but the humidity was high.  The weather was still better than it has been. Todays Results - June 24th

Due to West Georgia at Mirror Lake, Newnan CC Invitational and the HEAT, there were only seven(7) players today at White Oak. The game was low gross/low net.

Todays Results in Beat the Pro!

Today was pretty warm and humid, but a lot of fun----especially for all the winners. We had 35 players today and 16 winners "Beating the Pro". Thank you Todd for addressing the group today. I think we learned a great deal of information that will help us enjoy our ladies play day much more. Well it was pretty hot today for me, but we had some good scores. We had 32 players for today's game(T & F Holes). Before I get to today's winners, I would like to mention that out of 40 players, there were no birdies made today and only one(1) chip-in. Congratulations to Carol Head for winning the chip-in pot!!

Our game today was a "cat fight". We had three(3) players with a plus six(+6). Winners were determined by scorecard playoff.
